To pay your annual dues online, please follow the steps below.
- First, log in to the Member Center and, on the right side of the page, under “MY MEMBERSHIP,” click on the "PAY MY DUES AND FEES" link. On your "Account" page, you can view the PDF version of the invoice by clicking on the invoice number or the PDF logo.
- If you are ready to pay, click on the box under PAY NOW and then click on the blue "CHOOSE PAYMENT OPTIONS" button at the bottom of the page. Please note that the total amount due may include “OPTIONAL” charges, but you can modify the amount on the next screen.
- If you wish to modify the OPTIONAL charges like the REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF) for either a higher or lower amount, click on the word "MODIFY" and adjust the amount in the box that opens up - don't forget to click on OK. If the box does not open up, please make sure you do not have a pop-up blocker enabled.
- Next, click the appropriate blue payment button at the bottom of the screen and then click on "I AUTHORIZE THIS PAYMENT" at the bottom. Wait for a response - if it says, "Thank You," your payment has been accepted.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Telecheck as forms of payment online. However, if you prefer to pay your dues over the phone, staff is available to take payments Monday – Friday between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm. You can also make payments online at www.burbankrealtors.org 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
REALTOR Membership Information - Important Notice
- The invoice for 2024 includes fees for REALTOR MEMBERSHIP ONLY. It does not include any fees for CRMLS membership.
- Failure to pay the total amount due for 2024 Local- BAOR, State-CAR and National-NAR membership by the due date will result in suspension. To avoid suspension, kindly ensure that your account is paid in full by the end of business on the due date. After the due date, you will have a grace period of five (5) business days before incurring a $30 BAOR late fee.
- Any past due accounts (including late fees) NOT paid by the last business day in January 2024 will incur an additional $50 late fee from C.A.R. (California Association of REALTORS®).
- If your account is suspended, you will need to pay all past due fees in full before your membership is reactivated.
