How To Become a Member
Thank you for choosing Burbank Association of Realtors. We are looking forward to meeting you and to be a part of our association. We also encourage you to browse the other sections of our website in order to grasp a better perspective of who we are and where you will be. You’ll be surprised that the Burbank Board has a lot of benefits in store for you.

Please follow the instructions before arriving at the Board:
New Membership Processing Instructions
1. Applications are processed in our Burbank office between Monday-Friday, the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Please allow 48 hours for completion of application processing.
2. Applications MUST be signed by Broker/Brokerage in order for application to be processed.
3. Please bring a copy of your valid CA Drivers and current DRE Licenses.
4. Membership fees are payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Cash.
5. Supra Key and Lockbox are available and you can request for your own pin number and shackle code.
Which Membership Application Do I Need?
1. REALTOR® Application Licensed Broker joining the Association as the designated REALTOR® of an office. The three forms below are required for the REALTOR® Application. - Membership Application - Annual Licensee Certification - Password Form
2. REALTOR® Application Sales Agent joining under a REALTOR® office. The Broker of record must sign the application form. The three forms below are required for the REALTOR® Application. - Membership Application - Annual Licensee Certification - Password Form
3. MLS-Only (Broker) Application Licensed Broker joining the MLS ONLY. Broker pays $400.00 for MLS initiation fee. The three forms below are required for the MLS-Only(Broker) Application. - Membership Application - Annual Licensee Certification - Password Form
4. MLS-Only (Salesperson) Application Sales Agent joining an MLS-ONLY. The Broker of record must sign this application. The agent pays $50.00 for MLS initiation fee. 5. MLS-Only (Assistants) Application Assistants join as an MLS-ONLY. The assistant pays $30.00 for MLS initiation fee plus the prorated MLS fee. The form below is required for the MLS-Only(Assistant) Application. - Assistant Application
6. Affiliate Application Affiliate Business (Non-Licensee) includes home warranty, loans & mortgage lending, Escrow Company, insurance home warranty, Title Company, advertising firm, pest control, and other services. Affiliate members join the board every Thursday for weekly Marketing Meeting. They introduce themselves, promote, and advertise with other affiliate members and Realtor agents. - Affiliate Application - Affiliate Information Form
7. REALTOR® Board member transferee must provide a Letter of Good Standing from their previous board.
8. Reciprocal Members Reciprocal members key will have access in San Fernando Valley and Burbank area. Please bring a letter of good standing from your Board. Programming hours are only between 9:00am – 1:00pm. - Reciprocal Information Form
